Through her career she has skillfully coached leaders and teams across multiple geographies and her extensive global experience enables her to strategically develop business relations. She leverages her strong technology and product background to lean into design thinking, human centered approach and lean agile principles for product, people and process transformations.
She uses her startup experience to enable leaders and teams navigate ever-changing landscapes in the work environment. She is strong proponent of using a strengths based, growth-mindset approach of professional and leadership development. And she enjoys bringing out the storyteller in her as an enthusiastic contributor to various industry-wide events. Her experience & passion lies in working with individuals, academic institutions, and organizations, enabling career growth, process transformations and product innovations so they can maximize their potential.

Namita Kutty is a Senior HR Leader and Executive Coach with over 14 years of experience with a successful track record of playing international roles across HR including Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Diversity in Banking & Finance, Retail and IT sectors. Namita was Director HR with Target Corporation in India.
As a Coach, Namita is passionate about women in leadership and loves to coach women leaders reach the next level in their careers. Namita is a fellow at Wharton School in Talent Management and is a Gallup certified Executive Coach and her previous stint in coaching, was with the Executive Coaches of Orange County in the US.

Arpan Panicker works as a learning strategy and design consultant. He is a solutioning specialist and focuses on understanding a business’s requirements and deriving the learning-centric solutions to meet these needs.
He has experience with designing, developing, and delivering training across formats. He also coaches and guides client teams on developing and instilling an independent and evolutionary learning culture.
